We are rolling the dice and taking a spin through some faith-filled fun at First Baptist Haughton’s Vacation Bible School this week! This year’s theme is “Twist & Turns” where we are exploring how God guides us through the ups and downs of life. Just like a board game, life can have its twists and turns. But with God by our side, we can navigate through any challenge that comes our way. Check out this page throughout the week to see updates of whats going on!

WHAT IS VBS?
WHAT HAPPENS AT VBS?
VBS is packed with things that will instill a Godly foundation in your child.
Worship Rally
Worship Rally happens at the beginning of every day of VBS. This is where everyone comes together to learn the theme verse, our songs and watch the daily video.
Bible Story
VBS takes stories from the Bible and applies them to your kids’ lives using the theme of the week. Each day kids will learn a different story to create or reinforce a faith foundation in their life.
Craft Time
God is our creator and because we are made in His image, we create too! Craft time takes the daily stories and verses to reinforce them through hands-on activities.
Recreation Time
Recreation time gets the kids moving and playing fun games that are also related to the theme of the week while keeping your kids active!
Missions Time
Missions time exposes your children to the end of the earth by highlighting missionaries and mission work happening all over the world. Here they are challenged to pray for the reach of the Gospel.
VBS SHIRTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
Your shirt will be available for pick up at our church office 2 working days after the order has been placed. Pick up times are Monday – Thursday 8:00-3:30 and Friday 8:00-11:30. If you need to make other arrangements please call 318-949-2441 or email lacie@fbchaughton.org.
