You’re invited to Vacation Bible School at First Baptist Haughton, happening June 2–6! This year’s theme is Magnify, where kids will explore the wonders of God’s creation and learn to focus on His greatness in every part of life. It’s going to be an unforgettable week filled with fun, worship, and discovery. Each day will include exciting games, energetic music, creative crafts, tasty snacks, and engaging Bible lessons designed just for kids. VBS is a perfect opportunity for children of all ages to grow in their faith and make lasting memories. We hope to see you there as we magnify the Lord together!
What Happens At VBS?
Worship Rally
Worship Rally happens at the beginning of every day of VBS. This is where everyone comes together to learn the theme verse, our songs, and watch the daily video.
Bible Story
VBS takes stories from the Bible and applies them to your kids’ lives unsing the theme of the week. Each day kids will learn a different story to create or reinforce a faith foundation in their life.
Craft Time
God is our creator and because we are made in His image, we create too! Craft time takes the daily stories and verses to reinforce them through hand-on activities.
Recreation Time
Recreation time get the kids moving and playing fun games that are also related tot he theme of the week.
Missions Time
Missions time exposes your children to the ends of the earth by highlighting missionaries and mission work happening all over the world. Here they are challenged to pray for the reach of the Gospel.
VBS Volunteers
Volunteers are what makes VBS such a success every year! Without your help, we truly would not be able to spread the Gospel to so many children during VBS week. If you feel led to serve the week of VBS click the button below to sign up as a volunteer!
