September 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021 all-day

Geaux Global Missions Month in September will help us focus on the mission of God: taking the Gospel to all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues. During the month of September, we have a missions offering goal of $100,000, which will go to international missions through gifts to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, to North American missions through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering, to Louisiana missions through the Georgia Barnette State Missions Offering, and to Baptist Global Response and Global Hunger Relief. During Geaux Global Missions Month, you will be challenged to get your passport and your Life Group will be challenged to choose a Local (Jerusalem) ministry partner with whom to partner, along with a Louisiana (Judea), North America (Samaria), or World (End of the Earth) ministry partner. If your class has already chosen your ministry partners, be sure to review how you were able to participate in their ministries. Our newest ministry partner in Puerto Rico, Pastor Oscar Ortiz from Iglesia Bautista Esperanza Eterna (Eternal Hope Baptist Church) will be sharing with us on September 5. You will also receive daily missionary spotlight emails highlighting our mission partners and heroes of the faith. DVDs and books about missions and the lives of missionaries will be available in the foyer. You will also be able to find out information about how you can join us on our upcoming Geaux Global opportunities, locally, in our state, nationally, and internationally! Begin to pray now for the Holy Spirit to reveal to you how you can help the Gospel reach EVERY nation, tribe, people, and tongue. Email info@fbchaughton.org or call 318.949.2441 for more information.
